Production

Step 1

Initial production step is to glue the lower foam blocks to the lower face-sheet. Feducial holes of the sheet are abraded and washed with alcohol. The face sheet is weighed and positioned on the carbon fibre vacuum jig. Tape is applied using the 1st jig, referenced with feducial dowels using 3 layers of tape (2.1mm) depth. Glue is applied to area and then skimmed to tape height.
