Hi Everyone,
As we briefly discussed at the tail-end of today’s general meeting, we’re planning for a Spill-over meeting tomorrow (Th., 29 Feb, 1400 GMT).  The meeting will focus on the following topics (the first four were supposed to be covered during today’s general meeting, but we ran out of time 🙁):

  1.  Calibration updates.  Steve B., Steven Dazeley, Jan B, Rick V., and Trev G.  Interest items: prototype.
  2.  Simulations updates.  Alex M.  General update.
  3.  Advanced Photosensors updates.  Bjoern S., Frank T., Steven D.  Interest items: Nalu board.
  4.  DAQ update.  Carl M., Ben R., Evgenii Z.  Interest item: General update.
  5.  Tank movement, skates, etc.
  6.  Finalize lifting process and tank location.  Perhaps decide if lifting lugs can/should remain on or be removed.
  7.  R/O system procurement update.
  8.  Agenda re-shuffle proposal (see attached).
