"Dynamic Filtering Technology for the Continuous Flow"

A special membrane-filtering facility was developed in collaboration between Pro-FILTRA (Boulogne, France), CAHI (Dubna, Russia) and JINR (Dubna, Russia). This apparatus increases the concentration of liquid wastes and accumulates them in a separate container for the further re-processing. The remaining water can be normally drained. The filtering process starts in the manual operating mode and then may run continuously in the automotive regime driven by "Endress+Hausers" control unit which provides executive commands for all system components as a function of measured pressure, temperature and concentration of liquids. I designed an electrical scheme for this machine. Another filtering system developed by Pro-FILTRA utilizes same technical solutions, except for the new computer OMRON CQM-1H to control all physical and chemical processes. The Pro-Filtra consulted me concerning the OMRON programming.
