The observed and expected 95% CL lower limits on tan&beta; as a function of m<sub>A</sub> for the &tau;<sub>lep</sub>&tau;<sub>had</sub> and &tau;<sub>had</sub>&tau;<sub>had</sub> channels combined, with the &plusmn; 1&sigma; uncertainties on the MSSM Higgs boson production cross section [79] displayed on the  observed, in the m<sub>h</sub><sup>mod+</sup> scenario with 3.2 fb<sup>-1</sup> of &radic;s = 13 TeV  data.
