Note: Susan Cooper has pointed out that, while this section is 
useful in providing status reports, it would be valuable to add 
some discussion of the near-term future outlook, particularly 
where decisions will need to be taken. In this way, everyone 
interested will be able to think about issues and contribute to 
the decision making. Many decisions are taken in our weekly group 
meetings at RAL, and in Nicolo's physics study meetings. It would 
surely be useful to widen the thinking to include all collaboration 
members who are interested.

Could all WP managers please think about this, and discuss issues 
coming up for decisions, as part of their presentations in this and 
future collaboration meetings.
