Proton irradiations have been performed in Irrad-1 at CERN.

Irradiation profile for the R measuring sensors irradiated in the CERN-PS. The beam was scanned so to achieve homogeneous irradiation on the right half of the R sensors.

Irradiation profile for the F measuring sensors irradiated in Irrad-1. The sensors were partially irradiated in a steady position in the beam. The dose profile on the sensors corresponds to the profile of the beam intensity in Irrad-1.

Irradiations and dosimetry performed by Maurice Glaser (many thanks to him).

Summary of pre and after proton irradiation measurements (IV-CV) of the detectors used in Modules 136 (F measuring type) and 137 (R measuring) for the 2008 test-beam at Fermilab.

Neutron irradiations have been performed in 2007 at the Triga nuclear reactor of the J. Stefan Institute of Ljubljana (thanks to V. Cindro). N-type and p-type sensors have been irradiated to low (5x1013 n cm-2) and high (1.5x1014 n cm-2) fluences.

Also, 6MeV photon irradiations have been performed to saturate the oxide charge and see its effect on the breakdown voltage (VBD). A strong improvement of VBD was expected.

A compilation of the results from T. Affolder can be found here.
