LHCb y (mm)Position of silicon centre in y
LHCb z (mm)Position of silicon centre in z relative to station Z
Vx (mrad)Rotation about x-axis (twist)
Vy (mrad)Rotation about y-axis (tilt)
Vz (mrad)Rotation about z-axis
Rel xx Phi relative R (Phi - R)
Rel yy Phi relative R (Phi - R)
Rel zz Phi relative R (Phi - R) Value in first row is from Liverpool CMM
Rel VxVx Phi relative R (Phi - R)
Rel VyVy Phi relative R (Phi - R)
Rel VzVz Phi relative R (Phi - R)
rms(dz) (μm)RMS of z of all Si points to fitted plane
Station ZZ nominal of station where module installed
Z baseplate of station (Mean of Zdowel & Zslot)
Z module (R) of station ( CERN Z(R) - Liverpool Z(R) )
Z module (P) of station ( CERN Z(P) - Liverpool Z(P) )

The fifth line for each VELO module marked <CERN> provides the mean x, y, z, Vx, Vy, Vz of the absolute R, Phi CERN measurements.
Plus the Liverpool Smartscope determinations of Relative (Phi-R) x, y, Vz.

Caution: sign conventions for Vx, Vy, Vz need to be checked and confirmed
