Literature on anti-neutrinos

  • Geo-neutrinos and Earth’s interior, Gianni Fiorentini and Marcello Lissia and Fabio Mantovani
Physics Reports, Volume 453, Issues 5–6, Volume 453, Issues 5-6, December 2007, Pages 117–172, Science Direct.
Note (hjr): Useful as an overview and a first introduction to geoneutrinos. Limitations: Does not discuss matter effects and was written before the first measurement of the theta(1-3) mixing angle. There is more recent literature for example on isotope abundance and the geoneutrino measurements by Kamland and Borexino.

  • Three flavor neutrino oscillations in matter: Flavor diagonal potentials, the adiabatic basis, and the CP phase. James P. Kneller and Gail C. McLaughlin.
    PHYSICAL REVIEW D 80, 053002 (2009). APS web site.
Note (hjr): Up to equation 7 a concise introduction to the mathematics of the three neutrino flavour oscilations with matter density effects. probably requires a textbook to understand the origin of equations 1 and 2.

  • Geoneutrinos (Review) , Ondrej Srámek, William F. McDonough and John G. Learned
Advances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2012 (2012), ArticleID 235686
Note (rf): Section 8 (pg 19) contains information on abundances of U and Th for the crust and mantle

  • Summary Table for Leptons, K. A. Olive et al. (Particle Data Group)
    Chin. Phys. C, 38, 090001 (2014)
Note (rf): Contains neutrino mixing angles and mass differences
