[KLOE] KLOE HVP meeting Friday July 5th

Thanks for filling out the doodle. For our first meeting tomorrow, we can
meet for an hour starting at 9 am; for people in Liverpool I have reserved
room 337 until 10 am, it is taken afterwards.
There will also be a zoom connection and the meeting will be recorded for
anyone who might be interested.
