 REGISTRATION FEE: £230.00 per participant
(ONLY ACCEPTED IN POUNDS STERLING)

If full payment is not received by 31 March 2000, an additional late payment fee of £20.00 will be charged.

The conference fee includes a welcome pack, refreshments, buffet lunches, conference dinner and excursion.

If they wish to attend the conference banquet, accompanying persons will be asked to pay £45. Charges for participation in the accompanying persons programs will be made.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation packages have been negotiated at Student Halls of Residence and also with  some hotels in the centre of Liverpool.

For accommodation in Liverpool hotels arrangements will be handled separately by the Mersey Conference Bureau. It is the responsibility of the conference delegates to book their hotel accommodation if required.  Once you have completed and submitted this registration form please print the hotel booking form and return by post, fax or e-mail as detailed on the form.

VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR GB

 At the present time persons holding passports from the following countries are required to apply for a visa for GB. (ALLOW AT LEAST 6-8 WEEKS for processing)

( If you do not receive comfirmation within one week please contact dis2000@hep.ph.liv.ac.uk ). After receiving this confirmation, please send your remittance via your indicated method of payment.
