    Are your users/VOs happy with the system, as far as you know?

    Was it easy to install?

    Is it easy/efficient to administer and configure?

    Is maintenance a problem?

    When you upgrade it, does it go well?

    Does it run on all the hardware you expect it to run on?

    TEST
    
    Can you test jobs out with it?

    Can you debug jobs that go wrong? Are there any problems with that?

    Can you trace jobs through the system when things go wrong?

    CLARITY
    
    Is it clear/transparent how the system works?

    Is the operation of the system clear? Can you tell when something is 
    wrong with it?

    Do you understand, in broad terms, the principle of operation?

    Is the system development stable, or continuously changing?

    Can you keep up with changes? Are they all documented and are you notified?
