The IOP Meeting Reception will be held from 18:30-20:30 April 8th 2013  in the VG&M Museum in the Victoria Building, about 150m from the  main conference venue.

The dinner will be served from 19:30 on 9th April 2013 in the "Well" of the Anglican Cathedral. Pre-meal drinks will  be in the Lady Chapel (of the Anglican Cathedral) from 19:00. (On the way you may want  to stop at the Philharmonic Pub opposite the Philharmonic Hall!).

The Anglican Cathedral is a short walk (10’) from the conference venue. In the unlikely event of rain(!) you may wish to bring an umbrella.

Please note if you have special dietary requirements these should be communicated to the organizers at the time of registration and at the latest by March 15th 2013. In the registration form there is a box for these comments.
